Who We Are

DLG Contract is the Project Managing Division of Showroom Italia in charge of programs which commercial value is over $1 million.

Our Teams worked in all sectors of Construction and in the following capacities:

 

Architect, Builder, General Contractor, Interior Designer, Team Leader, Project Manager, Product Designer, Instructor, Installer, Artisan, Supplier and Repairman.

We take pride in the knowledge, the mastery and care we acquired in over 25 years' experience at the job sites. We offer from full-service Project Managing to simple Supplier of goods.

 

The full-service Project Managing comprises of the following Teams:

1. Team A&D - working with the clients in securing the Specifications, the Construction drawings, the approved samples, receiving/verifying accuracy of all orders from the Procurement Agencies, organize production schedule in accordance with the project's Gantt Chart, and its completion date.

2. Team Production - in Italy directing the productions and shipments of all orders.

3. Team Job Site - in the project's Country receiving the goods and delivering them to the client's site.

4. Team Install - at the job site to verify goods reached destination in perfect conditions, to install, perform the relative clean-up and post-construction survey (mandatory for every full-service Project Managing program).

Our clients are Hotelliers, Restaurateurs, Developers, Builders, General Contractors, Procurement Agencies, Spa Owners, Architects, Interior Designers, Private and Public Companies and Organizations.

Most members of our Team has a polyhedral work experience and we taylor ech Team Member's responsabilities inside the project, to streamline every phase ensuring the most efficient and smoothest completion of the program.
